Log in to your account, click on "Sell an Item," and fill out the listing form with details about the item, including photos, description, and price. Review your listing and submit it for approval.

To edit or delete a listing, go to "My Listings" in your account dashboard. Select the item you want to update or remove, and follow the prompts to make changes or delete the listing.

We accept various secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards and payment through our integrated payment gateway. Ensure you follow the instructions provided during the checkout process.

You can contact sellers or buyers through our secure in-app messaging system. Go to the item listing or user profile and use the "Message" button to start a conversation.

If you encounter any issues with a transaction, please contact our support team immediately. Provide details of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving it.

Follow our safety tips: communicate through the platform, meet in public places, inspect items carefully, use secure payment methods, and report any suspicious activity to our support team.

Our marketplace operates on a "buy-as-is" basis. Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless specified by the seller. Check the item description and seller policies before purchasing.

If you encounter suspicious activity or believe you’ve been scammed, report it immediately using our "Report" feature or contact our support team with details. We take security and fraud seriously and will investigate any reports.

To close your account, contact our support team with your request. We will guide you through the process and ensure your account is deactivated.
